Welcome to PhotoBooth Chix (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking our services, or communicating with us electronically, including via SMS text messaging, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

PhotoBooth Chix provides selfie photo booth rental services for events. All services are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received and any required agreements have been signed. Pricing, service details, and inclusions are outlined at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Additional fees may apply for overtime, travel, or damage to equipment.

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the photo booth setup, including adequate space, power access, and supervision of guests. PhotoBooth Chix is not responsible for damages caused by guests, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients grant PhotoBooth Chix permission to use images captured during events for marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes. All intellectual property, including website content, branding, and imagery, remains the property of PhotoBooth Chix and may not be copied or used without permission.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages from PhotoBooth Chix, including booking confirmations, payment reminders, and special offers, discounts, new product updates, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP or contacting us directly.

PhotoBooth Chix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
